John Watkinson brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the Customer Contact, Entertainment, Media and Retail industries to his position at Excelior.
His previous roles include responsibility for up to $400 million annual sales revenue and service provision for more than 1.5 million customers.
John applies his extensive experience in customer contact optimisation through sales channel management, channel marketing, customer service, operations and complex planning to develop new business plans and build effective relationships with internal and external customers and key business partners.
